This Privacy Policy describes how Frenzy ball (“we”, “our”, “the Service”) at frenzyball.app collects, uses, and shares information when you use our web game.
Information we collect
- Google account — If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, display name, and profile photo from Google/Firebase Authentication.
- Game profile — Coins balance, unlocked teams, custom teams, settings, watermark preferences, and purchase status stored in Firebase Firestore.
- Local storage — Game preferences and device ID may be stored in your browser’s local storage.
- Match data — Anonymous match statistics (scores, teams, duration) may be saved to improve the Service.
- Payment data — Purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details; Stripe handles payment information under their own privacy policy.
Advertising (Google AdSense)
The free version of Frenzy ball is supported by Google AdSense. We do not load the AdSense script or advertising cookies until you tap Accept advertising cookies on our consent screen (or equivalent action in the app).
If you accept, Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads, measure performance, and (where allowed) personalize ads. Legal basis in the EU/EEA/UK: your consent for advertising cookies/trackers.

You can withdraw consent at any time via Ad preferences in the app footer, or by clearing site data for frenzyball.app in your browser. Either action shows the consent screen again and stops loading AdSense until you accept again.
Manage ad personalization at Google Ads Settings or opt out via Your Online Choices (EU).
Lifetime access: paying for lifetime access removes ads from our app and we do not use AdSense for your session once lifetime is active on your account.
How we use information
- Provide and sync your game account and purchases
- Process coin packs and lifetime access via Stripe
- Display ads and reward virtual coins for watching ads (optional)
- Improve stability and prevent abuse

Virtual coins and betting
Coins and in-game betting are for entertainment only. Virtual coins have no real-world cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. This is not real-money gambling.
Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal data.
Data retention & your rights
We retain account data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.
If you are in the EU/EEA/UK, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability where applicable. You may withdraw advertising consent at any time (see Advertising section above). You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
