By using Frenzy Ball, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
Frenzy Ball is a browser-based football physics simulator with multiple game modes. The free tier is supported by advertising with your consent. Lifetime access removes ads and unlocks premium features.
Accounts
Sign-in uses Google Authentication or email/password via Firebase. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or violate these Terms.
Virtual coins
- Coins are virtual, in-game currency with no cash value.
- Coins cannot be sold, transferred, or redeemed for real money.
- We may change coin costs, rewards, or economy rules at any time.
- Free coins may be earned by watching ads (where available and with your consent).
In-game betting
Match betting uses virtual coins only. It is entertainment, not real-money gambling. No real-world winnings are offered.
Purchases and refunds
Paid coin packs and lifetime access are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout. Unless required by law, digital purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered. Contact us if you believe a charge was made in error.
Lifetime access
Lifetime access unlocks in-game features for the life of the Service. It is linked to the email used at purchase. If you delete your account and sign in again with the same email, lifetime access is restored automatically. Coins, custom teams, and other progress are not restored. It does not guarantee perpetual operation if we discontinue the game.
Advertising
The free tier requires consent to advertising cookies before Google AdSense loads. If you decline, you may purchase lifetime access for an ad-free experience. Reward ads and virtual coins are optional; do not click ads artificially.
Acceptable use
You may not cheat, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or use the Service for unlawful purposes. User-generated team names and images must not be offensive or infringe others' rights.
Intellectual property
Frenzy Ball code, art, and branding are owned by us. National team names and flags represent real-world teams for entertainment purposes. You may share screen recordings of gameplay for personal or editorial use; do not misrepresent affiliation with Frenzy Ball.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
